According to Mindset and Empowerment Coach, Shaina Gadow (@shainagadow), Self-Love is a major component of your vibrational energy and therefore, in your ability to attract into your life what it is you desire. Shaina suggests working some simple yet powerful Self-Love affirmations and mirror work into your morning routine to amp up your mood and your energy. It can go something like this:
Step in front of the mirror. Place your hand on your heart and just allow the process. Let it be uncomfortable. Let your emotions surface. To start, it may be easier to say: “I’m choosing to believe” or “I’m in the process of believing” and then your Self-Love affirmations. For example, “I’m in the process of believing I am worthy. I’m in the process of believing I’m beautiful. I am choosing to love myself. I love you, I love you, I love you.”
